FinTech Global Markets to Host Opportunity Zone Located InfluenceMine USD$25 million Security Token Offering (STO) Pursuant to Regulation D 506(c), for the sale of INK Tokens


Los Angeles, CA, July 31, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- FinTech Global Markets, Inc. (FinTech Global) today announced the hosting of the InfluenceMine, Inc. $25 million STO pursuant to Rule 506(c) of Regulation D of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, for the sale of INK tokens.

InfluenceMine, Inc., located in Bend Oregon within a US Treasury designated “Opportunity Zone”, is a developer of one of the first blockchain-based affiliate programs.
