Coronavirus

  Conference Update (03.10.20)

As we have shared in prior communications, we continue to monitor the health risks associated with the coronavirus outbreak. We have been in contact with local health organizations, government agencies and other investment conference organizers. Most importantly, we have listened to you - our clients and friends who have been supportive of our conferences for over 30 years. Your interactions and relationships are the hallmark of our events.

As a result, we have decided to change the format of the conference from physical to virtual 1-on-1 meetings only. We evaluated a variety of options that would mitigate the risk of spreading the virus by unknown carriers. However, without proper diagnostic tests and considering the number of people that attend our flagship event, the risk that a few asymptomatic carriers could cause disruption and potential need for self-isolation by some attendees led us to this decision.

We will provide a digital platform to facilitate the virtual 1-on-1 meetings between investors and management teams consistent with the schedules that were sent to you previously - more information on that will be coming in the next few days. We ask that you keep your calendars open to accommodate your existing 1-on-1 meeting schedule. Please contact your ROTH representative or oneononerequests@roth.com if you have questions about your meeting schedule.

“This is a fluid situation. Many of you know how much I personally value the conference and the ability to get to know our clients on an individual basis. While I am disappointed that I won’t see you next week, I look forward to spending time with you at a future ROTH event,” commented CEO Byron Roth.

Additional updates will be posted to our conference website as soon as we have more information.
