- The Movie Studio (OTCPK:MVES) announces it signed an agreement to acquire the film library of Arrowhead Film Library out of liquidation.
- Under the terms of the agreement, The Movie Studio will land 12 digital masters of major films including Johnny Mnemonic, A Shot at Glory, and Never Talk to Strangers.
- The Movies Studio expects to begin monetizing the acquisition in Q4.
