- Long Blockchain Corp. announces that Nasdaq has approved a change of the company's stock trading ticker symbol to OTCPK:LBCC from LTEA.
- Effective today, Long Blockchain will trade with the new symbol.
- The company also disclosed a share offering of 1.6M shares at $5.25. The offering is set to close on January 9.
- Also in the works today is a deal signed by Long Blockchain with certain third parties to purchase 1,000 Antminer S9 mining rigs and 1,000 APW3++ PSUs manufactured by Bitmain.
- The mining equipment is expected to be shipped this month directly to a secure data center in the Nordic region to immediately commence mining operations.
