2017
JUST THE BEGINNING
One of four San Diego County licensed medical dispensaries, began doing business as “Olive Tree Wellness Center”, a patient association serving the San Diego community.
2018
ONWARD AND UPWARD
Proposition 64 passed in CA allowing for Adult-use operations but giving municipalities the option to participate. San Diego county opted to not participate remaining solely in the Medical market. The company struggled as our competitive power was crippled by regulation and the relentless black and gray markets.
2019
A NEW BEGINNING
We took a different approach and identified challenges, gaps, assumptions, and opportunities for operational adjustments to be made that would have a direct impact on the organization’s bottom line. We adopted new strategies, supplemented the team, and started to rebuild from within. Jaxx Cannabis, our flagship store was born. A rebranding strategy that yielded an immediate positive impact on the bottom line.
2020
A SOLID FOUNDATION
Characterized by a global pandemic, nonetheless, cannabis was deemed an essential business. Consumption of cannabis increased showing evidence that the cannabis industry is recession and pandemic-proof. Such characteristics coupled with the operational adjustments implemented in the prior year had a positive impact on our bottom line.
2021
BUILDING A STRONGER TOMORROW
The pandemic started subsiding, sales at Jaxx increased by 34% from 2020, and the gross margin was at a record 63% by the first quarter. With the systems in place to drive our expansion, we are well on our way to execute on our strategically designed plan for sustainable growth.
2022
EXPANSION IN MOTION
We continued to advance our strategy of growing the top and bottom lines, driving a high-performance culture to expand margins, and optimize our allocation of capital. 2022 was characterized by our successful entrance into the Adult-use market which contributed to a 976% revenue growth; and the acquisition of strategic licensed assets in the City of San Diego for retail and delivery, and 10,000 SQFT for cannabis manufacturing and distribution operations.
2023
WEED 4 THE PEOPLE
The Company was qualified by the U.S. Security and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) to begin its anticipated Regulation A+ offering Weed 4 The People. Prime Harvest Inc. is seeking to raise $42 Million at $4.20 per share at a minimum of 100 shares. The Regulation A+ (“Reg A+”) capital offering allows Prime Harvest to raise up to $75 Million from both accredited and non-accredited investors.
