ABOUT THE HOST ADAM KRUGER After graduating with a degree in Marketing, Adam moved to Los Angeles to follow his passion for on-camera hosting and stand-up comedy. Highlights include hosting and producing over 150 segments across 50 episodes of This Is LA on CBS, amongst many other projects. After moving his home base back to Canada in early 2021, Adam became the PlantX Vegalier, and handled all aspects of production for Taste This! Adam started his plant-based journey in 2009 before going fully vegan in 2016, and his athletic activities started with playing organized hockey for 10 years in his youth, followed by a lifelong love affair with fitness in the form of weightlifting, CrossFit and Yoga and Ayurveda.
